Staff applications

Help us support players, moderate communities, build maps and develop new features.

Application form

Applications are securely stored in Cloudflare and appear in the owner inbox on every device.

Your application is private and requires a human recruitment decision. You will receive a receipt by email when delivery is available.

Please do not submit another staff application while this one is waiting. Duplicates slow down how quickly the team can reply.
Player support

Get help from Bays Servers

Choose the closest category. The form will ask only for the details the team needs and show useful checks you can try now.

Quick help

Choose a category to see safe checks you can try before submitting.

Your ticket is private, securely stored and reviewed by a human. Typical first replies may take up to 2–3 working days during busy periods.

Please do not submit additional support or staff requests for the same issue. Duplicates slow down how quickly the team can reply.
Safer bug reporting

Report and browse bugs

Give repeatable steps. An offline safety review helps staff triage the report, but a human must approve it before anything appears publicly.

New bug report

Do not include passwords, payment details, private messages, IP addresses or exploit instructions that could harm players. Staff publish only safe, useful reports.

What makes a useful report?

  • Use a clear title and one problem per report.
  • Include edition, version and repeatable steps.
  • Explain what you expected and what actually happened.
  • Check the approved board first so you do not create a duplicate.

Reports are private while pending. Approval is a staff decision; the built-in offline review is only a recommendation.

Staff-approved

Known and reported bugs

Only reports checked and published by staff appear here.

Players helping players

Community help board

Ask a gameplay question or share a helpful answer. Every question and reply waits for staff approval before it is public.

Ask a question

Never post your email, Discord messages, real name, age, location, login details or another player’s private information. For account, punishment or safety cases, use private support.

Before you post

  • Search the approved questions below first.
  • Use private support for reports, appeals, purchases and account issues.
  • Answers are community suggestions, not official staff decisions.
  • Offline moderation can flag risk, but staff make every publish decision.

Approved questions

Search by title, details or Minecraft username.

Private request tracking

Track your request

Use the reference and one-time tracking token shown after submission. The token is not emailed or shown again, so keep it private.

Privacy

Your information stays limited to what support needs.

Forms collect the details you enter so Bays Servers can review, reply and protect its communities.

Private submissions

Tickets, staff applications and pending reports are available only to authorized staff.

Public approval

Bug and community content appears publicly only after staff approval. Contact emails are never published.

Safe details

Do not submit passwords, payment cards, account tokens, home addresses or private conversations.

Ask for help

Use the support form to ask about correction or removal of information you submitted.

Operational records may include submission time, status, staff notes and safety-review flags. Bays Servers uses these to answer requests and prevent abuse.

Community rules

Be fair, safe and helpful.

These website rules protect players while each server may also publish gameplay-specific rules.

  1. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or expose private information.
  2. Do not post scams, malicious links, exploits, cheats or instructions that could harm the service.
  3. Keep questions, bug reports and answers relevant, honest and suitable for all players.
  4. Do not submit duplicate tickets or applications; additions should use the same request when available.
  5. Respect staff decisions and use private support for appeals or personal cases.
About us

We make servers. We do not rent empty ones.

Bays Servers designs, builds and operates Minecraft servers. We create gameplay, manage communities, recruit staff, support players and release updates.

What makes us different?

Hosting companies rent hardware. Bays Servers creates the actual Minecraft communities and experiences that players join.
