Staff applications

Help us support players, moderate communities, build maps and develop new features.

Application form

Applications appear in the staff inbox on every authorized device.

Only authorized staff can see your application. A person makes the final recruitment decision. You will receive an email receipt when delivery is available.

Please do not submit another staff application while this one is waiting. Duplicates slow down how quickly the team can reply.

What do you need help with?

Choose a topic to see useful steps before you contact the team.

Step 1

Choose a support topic

Search or select the closest match.

Nine topics available.

Bug reporting

Report and browse bugs

Give repeatable steps. Reports that pass automated moderation may be published; others wait for staff review.

New bug report

Do not include passwords, payment details, personal messages, IP addresses or harmful exploit instructions.

What makes a useful report?

  • Use a clear title and one problem per report.
  • Include edition, version and repeatable steps.
  • Explain what you expected and what actually happened.
  • Check the public board first so you do not create a duplicate.

Automated moderation may publish low-risk reports. Staff review held reports and can remove any published item.

Public bug reports

Known and reported bugs

Each report shows whether it was auto-published or reviewed by staff.

Shape the server

Server suggestions

Post an idea for a server and let the community vote yes or no. Suggestions are public and moderated before they appear.

Post a suggestion

Do not post your email, real name, age, location, login details, personal messages or another player’s personal information. Use support for account, punishment or player-report cases.

Before you post

  • Search existing suggestions before posting a duplicate.
  • Use Complaints for private staff or service concerns.
  • Vote once per idea and keep feedback constructive.
  • Automated moderation may publish low-risk posts. Staff can remove any published item.

Public suggestions

Search by title, details, server or Minecraft username.

Private complaints

Complaints

Tell the Bays Servers team about a staff or service concern. Complaints stay private and receive a support reference for follow-up.

Submit a complaint

What happens next?

  • Your complaint is kept in the private support inbox.
  • A staff member reviews it and may reply by email.
  • Use the reference in any follow-up; please do not send duplicates.
Privacy

Your information stays limited to what support needs.

Forms collect the details you enter so Bays Servers can review, reply and protect its communities.

Who can see submissions

Tickets, staff applications and pending reports are available only to authorized staff.

Public moderation

Automated moderation or staff may publish bug and community content. Contact emails are not published, and staff can remove any published item.

What not to share

Do not submit passwords, payment cards, account tokens, home addresses or personal conversations.

Ask for help

Use the support form to ask about correction or removal of information you submitted.

Operational records may include submission time, status, staff notes and moderation flags. Bays Servers uses these to answer requests and prevent abuse. Closed support tickets and their website correspondence are deleted after 7 days unless the ticket is reopened.

A one-time Cloudflare Turnstile check unlocks the site. After that, the public forms use your session for the rest of the visit. Read Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Community rules

Be fair and helpful.

These website rules protect players while each server may also publish gameplay-specific rules.

  1. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or expose personal information.
  2. Do not post scams, malicious links, exploits, cheats or instructions that could harm the service.
  3. Keep questions, bug reports and answers relevant, honest and suitable for all players.
  4. Do not submit duplicate tickets or applications; additions should use the same request when available.
  5. Respect staff decisions and use support for appeals or personal cases.
About us

We make servers. We do not rent empty ones.

Bays Servers designs, builds and operates Minecraft servers. We create gameplay, manage communities, recruit staff, support players and release updates.

What makes us different?

Hosting companies rent hardware. Bays Servers creates the actual Minecraft communities and experiences that players join.
